2026 meetings have been dedicated to addressing members’ responses to the survey question, “What are your greatest DEIB challenges, concerns, and support needs?  

Our July 17 meeting will focus on concerns about a lack of support from leaders and coworkers, and fears about losing federal funding. Entitled "Coping with Seismic Shifts – Part 1 Resources for DEIB Professionals," this session includes a resource handout on funding challenges.

Our September 25 meeting, "Coping with Seismic Shifts - Part 2," will address members' concerns about struggling with self-care/mental health, and feelings of powerlessness, anxiety, dread, resentment & distrust within their organizations.

Our November 20 meeting will "Examine the Impact of Mid-Term Election Results on DEIB/Inclusive Excellence".
